At Towne Park, our monthly fee starts at around $3000. This includes your daily fine dining meals, housekeeping, apartment maintenance, amenities and activities. The final monthly fee is determined by the room chosen and the level of care needed. There are several funding options including many state and federal programs that offer financial assistance for senior living expenses.

Through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, war veterans and their spouses may be eligible for the "Aid and Attendance" benefit that helps cover assisted living fees. This benefit may be up to $2,000 per month in assisted living care. Once approved, this benefit would be paid directly to you. To apply for this benefit, please contact the Indianapolis Regional Benefits Office or your local state office at (800) 827-1000.
Some long term care insurance policies may also cover a portion of assisted living. We encourage you to ask your financial advisor if your policy includes this benefit and to learn more about options for affording senior care.
